LevelBeacon is operated by Ravindra Dangi. This policy explains how information is handled by the website and through the support channels listed below.

Checkout information

The checkout asks for your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, country and exact TradingView username. It also records your selected plan, payment method, selected crypto network where relevant, checkout reference, checkout step and any payment reference or transaction ID you enter.

Storage in your browser session

These details are saved in this tab’s browser session before a payment link opens, so you can return to checkout without retyping them. They are not automatically submitted to a LevelBeacon server or order database. On reload, the site can restore records updated within the previous 24 hours; older or invalid records are discarded when loaded. This is not an automatic deletion timer. Browser session restoration may retain data after a tab or browser closes.

Use “Clear saved checkout details” on checkout to remove the saved records for all three plans from the current tab’s session. Clearing them does not cancel a payment or remove records already held by a payment provider or shared with support. Keep the original tab open while paying; another device cannot recover these browser-only details.

Payment services

For India, payment opens on Razorpay in INR. For other countries, PayPal checkout opens in USD, or customers can contact support about crypto. The website does not append your entered checkout details to the hosted payment URLs. Information you enter on a payment provider’s page is handled by that provider, which may share transaction information with the merchant for payment verification and support. LevelBeacon’s website does not collect your card number, banking password, wallet private key or recovery phrase.

Crypto transactions and wallet addresses may be publicly visible on their blockchain. Confirm the token, network and exact amount with support before sending funds.

WhatsApp and email messages

Support links prepare a message containing the checkout information, selected plan and payment method, TradingView username and transaction reference. Crypto enquiries also include the selected receiving address. Opening a link passes the prepared message to the selected messaging service; you must send it to share it with our team. The website does not send these messages automatically.

Support and account access

Information you send to support is used to respond to your request, identify your payment, arrange access for the supplied TradingView username and handle access or refund enquiries. Your TradingView password is never required. Browser storage and your support messages are separate: clearing checkout details does not delete an email, WhatsApp message or payment record.

Hosting and external services

The website is hosted through Netlify. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP address and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Razorpay, PayPal, WhatsApp, your email service, wallet services and TradingView have their own privacy practices. This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party video embeds.

Sharing and retention

Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with the services needed to process payments, arrange indicator access, provide support, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Support and transaction records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. The 24-hour browser restore rule does not delete provider records or information already sent to support. Requests to delete those records may be limited where they must be retained for a legal obligation or an unresolved payment dispute.

Requests concerning a provider’s own records should also be directed to that provider. Do not include passwords, complete card details, private keys or recovery phrases in a request.
