How access is delivered

LevelBeacon is delivered electronically as invite-only indicator access on your TradingView account. There is no physical shipment. Your purchase provides use of the indicator, not its Pine source code. Access is associated with the exact TradingView username supplied.

After payment

1. Keep the original checkout tab open while completing payment.
2. Return and select “I’ve completed payment → Continue to verification”.
3. Send your payment reference, selected plan and correct TradingView username using the WhatsApp or email option.
4. Our team verifies the actual payment and grants access to that username.

Your checkout details are saved in your browser session but are not automatically submitted to our team. A payment-page return, screenshot or transaction reference alone is not proof of payment. There is no automatic TradingView activation.

Activation timing

Access is normally activated within six hours after payment verification and receipt of the correct TradingView username and required details, and generally within 24 hours. Payment checks, incomplete information, weekends, holidays or TradingView and other technical interruptions can cause delays. Contact support if you have not received access within 24 hours of payment and providing correct details; the Refund Policy explains when to request a review.

Access period and renewal

Your access period starts at activation. Monthly access lasts one month and yearly access lasts 12 months; the activation confirmation identifies the expiry date. Time-limited plans expire unless you choose to renew by purchasing again. There is no automatic renewal.

Lifetime access lasts for the operating life of the LevelBeacon service and includes updates released for this indicator during that time. Separate products and TradingView fees are excluded. Read the Terms of Service for the full lifetime definition.

Using the indicator

After receiving activation confirmation, sign in to the supplied TradingView account and open Indicators → Invite-only scripts. Add LevelBeacon to a standard time-based candle or bar chart. TradingView subscriptions, alert limits and data availability are separate. Keep access to your account and contact support promptly if the indicator is not visible.

Payment or account problems

Incorrect usernames or incomplete payment details can delay delivery. Contact support to correct them. Failed, cancelled or reversed payments do not establish paid access; refunded or reversed payments may result in removal of access. Platform interruptions can temporarily affect delivery or use. Nothing in this policy removes rights under applicable law.
